What counts as an agent run?
Every time an agent executes a pipeline — whether triggered by a user, an API call, a schedule, or a webhook. Steps within a single run are not billed separately. Background polling and idle agents do not count.
Do unused tokens or runs roll over?
Tokens and runs reset monthly and do not roll over. We size bundles to be comfortably above typical usage on each tier — if you are regularly hitting the cap, you have outgrown the tier.
Annual versus monthly billing — what is the difference?
Annual is ~20% lower per-seat per month, billed up front. Monthly is the same plan, billed monthly, with no commitment. Annual is the default for new signups; switching to monthly is one click in billing.
I am on Illuminate today — what happens to my contract?
Existing Illuminate contracts are honored through their full term. The migration to Helios is on your schedule, not ours, and your contract converts at renewal — no penalty, no double-billing, your data and APIs move over.
How are Helios tokens priced?
A Helios token is a unit of LLM usage. Helios routes each agent step to the best-fit frontier model on managed enterprise infrastructure and meters the underlying provider tokens 1:1 against your bundle — you are never locked to a single model vendor. Overages bill at a flat $5 per million input tokens and $25 per million output tokens regardless of which model handled the call. Larger institutions can commit to annual token volumes at heavily discounted rates.
How do seats work for SSO-provisioned organizations?
A seat is a named user — anyone who can sign in to your workspace. SSO and SAML auto-provision seats; you only pay for active seats (signed in within the last 30 days). Deactivated users do not count.
